Assessments and scoring management system application (hospitality)

About the project
Design of a Dashboard (Admin portal) and system architecture for monitoring and fully customizing a hospitality VR experience, where a user's behaviour is captured and scored against a system and rules the client defines.
Challenge
Capturing and scoring open-ended human behaviour without ever suggesting to the user the possibilities of what should be done. A user can say whatever comes to mind, walk wherever they want, and interact with any number of things at any time - and all of it has to be measurable against the client's own scoring system.
Designing a standardized, modular architecture general enough to hold any kind of human signal, flexible enough to carry completely different scenarios, and simple enough for the client to set up alone.
Monitoring the end users in real time from the admin portal, passing text or voice notes if and when needed from the portal to the virtual environment and seeing how the user reacts.

Approach
Modelling every captured signal: speech, movement, position, object interaction, as one generic scored event, so a new scenario needs configuration rather than code.
Making the scoring fully client-defined, with a separate scoring system per scenario, each with its own criteria, weights and thresholds.
Keeping the experience unguided - the system records and evaluates without suggesting, cueing or restricting what the user does next.
Building scenario setup, scoring system creation and live monitoring of VR users into the portal itself, so the whole lifecycle stays with the client.
